I would like to believe Jennifer lost weight on Weight Watchers, but I don't believe it. I have done weight watchers in the past. Nah, I don't believe. If you look at her shape, that is not her shape, had she never been fat. That is sculpted. And, if she had been working out with a trainer (or with weights), she would be toner and firmer. (I did it at her age and was very sculpted). I only lost 25 lbs-30 lbs though - on my own created diet and exercise program. Jennifer looks like her weight loss was fast (i.e. hanging skin - and flabby- arms, thighs, etc.). Also, let's not forget, she gave birth, and was not "fit" before she gave birth (which makes that stuff hard to bounce back). Its hard to bounce back when you are in incredible shape, let alone looking like Jennifer was. Yeah, let's see how long this game with Weight Watchers plays out, but I am not a "believer."

WOW, you're angry. Let me say that I am definitely not rich, but I am on WW and I've lost 45 LBS. No trainer, no chef, no nutritionist. Shock right?! NOT. If people are happy being fat thats cool, but don't knock someone else because they're not.

I guess this isn't a place where people are allowed to be open-minded or opinionated. Every time someone says something that you disagree with, you just tell them to "get off your blog." Maybe you should tell your readers that up front. If they don't agree with your every word, they might as well leave!

weight watchers is....guh. i hate these ads. mostly because i liked jennifer hudson before and i don't even think she was that fat, and i hate people for making her feel less than nothing to the point where she dieted off the pounds. in two years, cue sob story about how she 'lost control of herself and gained the weight back.'

Fewer than 20% of people who are classed as "obese" have T2 diabetes, and when you control for age (because the biggest risk factor is being over 65 years old) the number drops to about ~12%.

You clearly know nothing about weight watchers. The plan is not based on prepackaged food at all. Yes, they do have a line of it, but that's for convenience of shoppers if they so choose to eat it. Just like any other prepackaged food. Weight watchers is built around being able to eat whatever you want, in moderation. Stop making excuses for being overweight. Yes, skinny people can get all of those diseases but who do you think gets them more often? The truth is that, overwhelmingly, being overweight leads to more health problems than being fit. I'm not looking to be skinny. I'm looking to be healthy and eating 10+ cookies throughout the course of the day sure ain't cutting it.

I just started wearing red lips again I hadn't since my teenage year.That was over 20 years ago... I didn't really have a reason other than I like pinks & nudes on me more. My favorite reds right now are NARS red lizard lipstick and Mac lip glass blogger collection Nitrolicious. I love rocking a red lip and have been more & more lately. Its almost my go to for every day.

Go to Sephora and swatch, swatch, SWATCH! Get one of the pros to help you. That's what I did. You would look absolutely gorgeous with a red lippie. Take a look at a few celebs/random Tumblr ladies that share your skin tone. See how they look with a red lip. My favorite reds have been basic drugstore brands or even NYX. You can do it!

I have never worn red, because my daddy always told me that wearing red was 'too grown'. Of course, that was when I was was a preteen, but it has always just stuck with me...so I've stuck to neutral tones, browns, even as far as gold. My latest lip crush is STILL MAC/Afrobella's All Of My Purple Life (my first real venture out into the world of color). Even as an actress, I have been able to stay away from reds. But now, Daddy has passed, and after watching this video, I am feeling gutsy, and inspired. How would I go about finding the right red for me, though?

What I find creepy in this commercial is the same thing I hate about "the Biggest Loser"--which, btw, I generally love. It's the "New-and-Improved-You" hating on the "Old-Fat-You". While the BL does focus on health, exercise, and changing your lifestyle so you can get results "at home", I've always hated the cardboard cut-outs they trot out near the end of the season, where contestants look at their "fat clothes", and "fat photos", saying, "I'll never be you again". Creepy. Like, who made the decision to change? Who worked hard? Who faced humiliation, made sacrifices? The fat you, of course! It's about mind set, not size!

i agree it doesn't take that much money to lose weight or get healthy, but if you're raising kids and working full time, you can't do it that fast, please be for real. AND, even if you lose weight, you won't look that good without some cash.

my brother is diabetic and he has an athletic build. I am very overweight (Obese by BMI standards) and all my bloodwork, vital signs, etc come back normal with every doctor's visit. Plz check yourself.

The red lip rocks! I wear it as often possible and for no particular reason other than I like it. I think my dad may have said something equating red lipstick to loose women, but once I saw how it looked against my skin I never turned back.
